I bought a desk fan in December of 2024 and as we all know it's hot so you use the fan more often, which was no problem fan is working. On the 7 March 2025 less then 3 months later this fan don't want to go on any longer. I then booked a return becuase I have a 12 month warranty on this desk fan. Return is scheduled for the 10th March 2025.on the 10th I get a notification there's a delay so the collection will be rescheduled. No problem new date received 12th March 2025. On the 14th March still no collection of the desk fan. I check my status of my return and boom my return says concluded, what was concluded if I'm still sitting with the item that is broken and no collection took place this happened over 3 times so I had to book a collection of of the broken fan over 3 times already. I have 4 returns scheduled and yet no collection took place to date. I'm so disgusting by the lack of communication and their customer service. It's the 4th of April 2025 and still no item of mine has been collected nor I've I received a call to explain what the issues are. Mine you if I should order and request my things to be delivered to the given address they would deliver so why is it so difficult to get an item collect. All I need is the item collected who do I speak to to get assistance.
I've been making appointments for my little girls for her vaccination for the last year already and rather pay for a proper and sufficient service. So my last appointment was at 9 month so obviously I need to make another for her 12 months vaccination which I did months ago. 17 November to be exactly. At the time making the appointment online there was no dates available for a Wednesday so the next beat date would be the Thursday for the 4th January. I even confirmed my date on the 13th December and the consultant confirmed my date but changed my time from 10.20 to 10.30 which I confirmed. Today on the 3rd January I get my confirmation call as per normal, but only to tell me that they can't help me the next day because the vaccination I want is only done on a Wednesday for government and Saturday as private on their Saturday availability is only the 20th January. I'm so apolled by this pathetic service I received calling me a day before but also not will to assist me. I made my appointment well in advance. I'm disappointed that they didn't even try and help me. My advice their clinic service must work out a better system and communicate better. I won't use their service again and won't advise people to use it either. Highly disappointed with dischem clinics service and nursing staff.
Since my last review, I've not gotten any feedback from. Telkom no calls, emails nor messages. The service I've received yo date has been very appoling seriously
Even after my query was resolved my monthly statement has arrived and show I need to pay a termination fee over 3.5k. I'm now worried because if this gets deducted month end who's going to reimburse me, how long will have to wait for my money to be refunded. No one called me back during or even after my query to explain why the situation could happen on my account. I'm sadden with the type of service I'm getting from telkom seriously.
I'm so apolled with the service I'm getting from telkom. I took out a cellphone contract of 24 months and my payments are done via debit order which same goes off consistently every month. On the 9th month of my contract my service was done and not doing anything about because it might just be the service is down in my area, I used my wifi which I also have with telkom which worked perfectly fine. At this point I'm starting to think it's very strange if my wifi works why isn't my handset working. The next day I go to a service centre just to inquire my issue I'd incounted the day before, taking into account my service is still down at this point. The agent at CPT branch told me my contract was canceled and this made me furious because how can this take place if my payments are up to date. The agent at CPT told me it was canceled by the call centre without any reason on my profile. The Manger told me she will lodge a query and the call centre will call me back. The service cente also mention that due to the contract being canceled I need to pay a upfront fee of 3k to open my line. I left my contact number and email address. Mind you I'm sitting without a service for 2 days but my debit order had gone off. The Saturday morning I call the call centre only to be told that my contract was canceled by customer request. I went off at the call center agent who told me that cancelations don't work over weekends. I will only get a call back the Monday. I'm so furious with the pathetic service I'm getting from telkom. I will be without a service for 4 days if they should call me by Monday Firstly, secondly my creditors profile might be affected for a canceled contract before its due date, which it was canceled without my consent. I need someone to provide me with answers ASAP regards this. I need to know which corrective action will be taken to discipline the negligence agent. I want to know how telkom can employ such incompetent people to work for them and work with people's lively hood, like it's nothing. I want to know how telkom is going to help with my negative credit profile. I want to know how telkom is going to reimburse me for a canceled contract without my consent I want to know how telkom is going to assist with my service that is down and how they are going to get my line reconnected.
