I refer to my report 19/06/2019: Now i have a second reader that has exactly same fault as first reader gave under a year ago and once again Zip Zap expect me to purchase yet another machine=. Seems these readers have a common fault because when i sppoke to them they told me the fault before i even told them the problem. So why are they selling faulty products into the market and unable to repair their own product ands just expect us to keep buying tyhem. They might be slightly cheaper than their competitors but their after sale sevive sucks compared, and i CAN make this staatement as i use more than one provider on my CC transactions. SHAPE UP ZIP ZAP i will bwe voicing my opinion on ALL social media platforms about the service i got from you.
