Since our last review we left on the 28th of January our issue has still not been resolved. After how many weeks of trying to get them to acknowledge our payment and allocate it (which they could not find or we were told the payment on our side), they finally informed us that they have received it. We requested that they allocate our payment so that we can resume using the CRM. They advised that they cannot do that and will refund it to us. We provided them with the bank details and was told that the refund will be done.
We were finally getting our refund and it will take 3-5 working days. That was 2 weeks ago!
We have phoned customer services numerous times. Either no one answers the phone, or they tell you they will forward your call to the relevant person/department and again, NO ONE ANSWERS. Also get told to send an email, which you have to keep on sending and you are lucky enough if you get a reply. Someone was supposed to phone me back yesterday and that hasn't happened either.
So please do not use Zoho as they have terrible customer service, cannot resolve account queries nor can they do something simple as a refund.
