I have been using Zoho for over a year and suddenly all my invoices are no longer being sent, contacted my own host and they clarified that the Zoho IP address is blacklisted and this is the cause. I escalated this issue numerous times since last week Wednesday and no reply when they should reply within 3 days.

Stay Away from Zoho it’s a ****, they take you money if you put in card details and if you need technical assistance it doesn’t exist, they will ask you for the screenshot and that’s the need of it. Quick to debit your account but when you insist for the refund it is asking a stone to give you water, they give you the runaround with no resolve. Finance department has no contact number I find this shocking how do you deal with people’s money, and we have no way except email to contact them. When you call the listed 021 number it makes you hold and sends to voicemail, the Jhb number tech department are useless one must make noise and still nothing As an accounting professional I do not recommend Zoho to any business at all. Please stick to Sage , Pastel , Quickbooks or Zero they are mor efficient.

Since our last review we left on the 28th of January our issue has still not been resolved. After how many weeks of trying to get them to acknowledge our payment and allocate it (which they could not find or we were told the payment on our side), they finally informed us that they have received it. We requested that they allocate our payment so that we can resume using the CRM. They advised that they cannot do that and will refund it to us. We provided them with the bank details and was told that the refund will be done. We were finally getting our refund and it will take 3-5 working days. That was 2 weeks ago! We have phoned customer services numerous times. Either no one answers the phone, or they tell you they will forward your call to the relevant person/department and again, NO ONE ANSWERS. Also get told to send an email, which you have to keep on sending and you are lucky enough if you get a reply. Someone was supposed to phone me back yesterday and that hasn't happened either. So please do not use Zoho as they have terrible customer service, cannot resolve account queries nor can they do something simple as a refund.

We are laying a complaint as we have paid via EFT on 20th of January 2025. Proof of payment was emailed to Zoho numerous times and also numerous times via the live chat on their website. Two hours after we made payment, our services was disconnected. It is now the 28th of January 2025 and we still have no service and we cannot do business. We keep getting the run around and they cannot confirm where our payment is. The money was not returned to our account nor was it a failed payment. The money is out of our account and no one can tell us where it is. Our bank has advised us that should it have been returned it would have been in last week already. Bottom line is, it is impossible to sort and they are not doing anything to help, no back end service, no support team, client comes last. This is extremely bad service from Zoho. Will not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional service received!!!!! Clearly do not care about there CLIENTS!!!!!

Zoho Software is awesome, but they do not have a working online paygate in place. They want you to use paygate, but payfast is preventing access to the service. That means that you are better off using Sage accounting or Quickbooks accounting. A real shame.

Oh, where do I even start with Zoho? Well, let's just say my relationship with them went from blissful ignorance to sheer frustration in just over a year. You see, I used to think Zoho was the bee's knees because, hey, who needs customer service when everything's peachy, right? Wrong. So, on the fateful day of May 2nd, I dared to disturb the sacred silence by reaching out to them about an access issue. And here we are on May 6th, still twiddling our thumbs in frustration because apparently, providing real assistance is just too much to ask for. Oh, but fear not, dear customer, for they've generously bombarded me with automated emails, filled to the brim with oh-so-helpful suggestions. How delightful. But wait, there's more! Despite my valiant efforts in the realm of telephonic messages and follow-up emails (which, by the way, seem to vanish into the abyss), I've been graced with daily reminders that my credit card is on the brink of expiration. Because, you know, heaven forbid my billing fails to go through in September when the almighty yearly payment is due. How considerate of them to remind me of my impending financial doom while conveniently ignoring my pleas for help. Oh, but it gets better. I've been out of the office for two whole months, and all I want is to regain access to my profile and start catching up. But alas, it seems easier to find a unicorn riding a rainbow than to get Zoho to sort out a simple access issue. So, here's to hoping, praying, sacrificing a goat—whatever it takes—for a glimmer of hope that I might regain access before the dreaded September deadline. But hey, who needs renewal anyway? Certainly not me. So long, Zoho, it's been a rollercoaster of disappointment.

I am not surprised they have such bad reviews! Just a pity there are not MORE of them because people do not complain enough. Absolutely shocking, if you are looking for a CRM solution DO NOT try Zoho. They promise you the world, if you are big enough to even get their attention and then once you do then they cant help you unless you pay for your own training (and you are not even a client YET!). You would think the reason they have a presales team is just that, PRE sales...with the objective to: Get as many people to buy into zoho as quickly as possible. WRONG...their objective: Dont help anyone so nobody buys it or hang on, only LARGE CORPORATES. Definitely against their ethos of 'helping companies grow'. So there you have it...if you are too small, 5 employees or more, stay as far away as possible unless you are ready to ASK ask and ASK again (or pay). There are many other options you can use out there, that are probably easier to navigate too and may not even require training! Start at mailchimp and monday.com if i can suggest!

Support Desk - Every query i had in 6 months couldnt be solved straight away. They will sell you the product without explaining limitations. The trial period is really trail you cannot even test if the solution works. If the solution is for South Africa dont bother, everything is hide and seek what is possible and what is not.
