DPD the worst Courier company
This is the worst Courier company ever their Driver Therlo Mikial Julie CAA528260 claimed to be outside the flat note we dont even have flats in a 1lkm radius so he was lying so he could go home , to call to say we didnt come out and when i followed up he was already by the airport which tells me he was rushing to home than to do his job. Only for him to update the system to say delivery failed . Cherry on top his cell is off . Call center i tried 3 times only to speak to Damien who hung up the phone on me after holding on the line for more than 20 mins each time . I do not recommend them as a service provider at all for anything.

Stay Away from Zoho its a ****
Stay Away from Zoho it’s a ****, they take you money if you put in card details and if you need technical assistance it doesn’t exist, they will ask you for the screenshot and that’s the need of it. Quick to debit your account but when you insist for the refund it is asking a stone to give you water, they give you the runaround with no resolve. Finance department has no contact number I find this shocking how do you deal with people’s money, and we have no way except email to contact them. When you call the listed 021 number it makes you hold and sends to voicemail, the Jhb number tech department are useless one must make noise and still nothing As an accounting professional I do not recommend Zoho to any business at all. Please stick to Sage , Pastel , Quickbooks or Zero they are mor efficient.

Rent to own scam artists!
Please stay away from them , rent to own scam claim 36 months you end up paying 37 . They don't respond to emails or bother with feedback , but so quick to message you and say we are dispatching collection agents. Such a cliché it's daylight robbery and they say their systems don't charge interest if you add up those club fees and administration fees wow sly interest there... How they claim to have systems that don't allowed advance payments wow. Someone needs to redo their finance department accounting packages. Useless the whole lot of them. Very disappointed I will never ever recommend another client again. Ripe off.......
