Stay Away from Zoho its a ****

Stay Away from Zoho it’s a ****, they take you money if you put in card details and if you need technical assistance it doesn’t exist, they will ask you for the screenshot and that’s the need of it. Quick to debit your account but when you insist for the refund it is asking a stone to give you water, they give you the runaround with no resolve. Finance department has no contact number I find this shocking how do you deal with people’s money, and we have no way except email to contact them. When you call the listed 021 number it makes you hold and sends to voicemail, the Jhb number tech department are useless one must make noise and still nothing

As an accounting professional I do not recommend Zoho to any business at all. Please stick to Sage , Pastel , Quickbooks or Zero they are mor efficient.
