After spending more than 8 hours over 2 days on my cell phone with Capitec Business,, i was contacted by Thokozani Masombuka <businesscomplaints@capitecbank.co.za> that listened to my problem, apologised for the problem, and promised that it will be resoled. Once again proving that Capitec staff is trained to lie to the public just to get them to be quite. He call himself a Complaints Management but clearly he is not able to manage the responsibility that he lay on himself. You have a choice, be a man of your word or stop making empty promises, that is what a real manager do! Natasha Moodley <NatashaMoodley2@capitecbank.co.za> and Fazael Sampear <FazaelSampear@capitecbank.co.za> took it on themselves to resolve someone else problem and to force their outcome onto my problem. Natasha, Fazael, you send with pride the account guides for Zero and Sage. If you actually listened to my problem you would have realise that i am using ZOHO. It is almost my yearend and you need to start to flipped focus!!!! Wake up, take deep breaths and start to help me by resolving MY PROBLEM and not the problem that you think i have. What the two of you did, makes me start to question the standard of your education and the standards that Capitec uses to appoint people in possessions of power.
If you are a small business, stay away from Capitec business. Their bank statements that you download is not compatible with most accounting software. Their complains department does not exist. Their Business banking staff do not know how to resolve unforeseen problems. They are operating without management structure of witch all are at a conference and they are hiding their head office switchboard number from the public. They donor So, if you have a problem, you are on your own.
Zoho Software is awesome, but they do not have a working online paygate in place. They want you to use paygate, but payfast is preventing access to the service. That means that you are better off using Sage accounting or Quickbooks accounting. A real shame.
Since the have rebranded, their customer service is SHOCKING and USELESS. I have been begging to get registered for paygate for the past 2 weeks. No response from Payfast. Just spend 3 hours on the "customer care line"... Still where i was. Rather use Netcash on any other online payment service but stay clear of Payfast. They will disappoint and let you down when you need them the most.

On the 22/04/2024 i reported a problem with importing ofx files into Sage. The consultant did not do their work, he did not forwarded it to the technical department. HE IGNORED ME. Today is one day before month end and i am still not able to import Capitec ofx files into my sage system. I am tired of speaking to *********** sage personal. If sage wants to employs *********** staff, sage can work with them theirself. Zoho books not only works but is cheaper and offer more, here I come.

My account was cancelled without any notice from Vox on the 01/01/2024. My account was paid in full and 22 days after payment was made my account was closed, not suspended, closed! According to my vox porthole message history, I receive no notice of any kind from voc. Nobody can tell me why! I spoke to Peet (0510011025) that is supposed to be a manager, He does not know. I visited Ruben (0724175437) this morning in Kimberley on 02/01/2024, I called 4 times during the day and no response from Him. Account: 9289006
02 January 2024 - Kimberley Branch ( Lennox & Bultfontein ) is operating without any management structure! The branch manager is not in, she appointed a team-leader in her place that is also not in for the day. So.. who is in charge, the cleaners? The branch reminds me of a daycare center for toddlers. I had to wait two hours before i was told that there is not anybody that can help me.... Now i understand why there is a huge lack of service...
