Bad service

I have ordered a meal on line for R154. 99 and my order was not delivered. I logged a complaint with their support and a response from Ismal was that a ticket will be available on the menu bar to use. However its 7 days ago the ticket or funds are still not available to use. KFC I want my money back into my account ASAP I don't owe you anything and you really disappointed me on this one.
