The worst service I have ever experience. Zone offroad installed a automatic gearbox in my Land cruiser 79 in August 2024. After repeatedly telling them that the gearbox does not shift correctly and overheating, they said there was a upgrade on the thermostat and that they will let me know once it has arrived an they will install it for me. In June I went to Mozambique for a holiday. The gearbox only shifted from 1st gear to 3de gear. I phoned the owner who told me that he will phone me back. He never did. His workshop told me I should send my LC to them to see what is wrong without trying to help me with trouble shooting. I then send my LC back on a truck to SA which cost a fortune. After another R72408-80 and waiting almost 2months my LC is still not fixed. They only give a 6month warrantee. Please be very careful before consider using them. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Zone Off-road once again blew my socks off with their professional service, and great quality products. I bought a new jeep and wanted to swop some of my accessories form one jeep to the other, and they sorted me out in no time - much faster and better than what i could do myself. They even provided me with ample cappuccinos while i waited. They went beyond and did n quick check on on both jeeps for faults or things to look out for or might need attention int he near future. They even allowed me in their workshop to also check out the undercarriage of md and new vehicles while on the lift. Every single bolt they installed was torqued to spec - you don't see that often in workshops anymore. Awesome job guys! you will see me again and again in future!

Unprofessional and crooks Waited 3 months after being quoted R62k for an overheating jeep, paid R111k to get it back and have it in limp mode the following day. Response I got from corner was, ya actually it needs new heads. So why did these clowns charge me 12k for skimming the heads, new rocks and lifters, new oil pump etc. Oil because they should never have skimmed the heads to start with. Then they put pressure on me with 30 minutes notice to collect the jeep. In the fine print they wrote we offer no warranty of worms due to previously having skimmed heads. Ended up putting a new engine in a 2016 with 30000km after these crooks had there way with the vehicle

Truly excellent Service form Ruan du Plessis and his team. They really went the extra mile to help with a filter leak on the Wrangler, getting me going at my offices in no time. I gladly recommend them for all things Jeep and service related!
