<p>Citroen C3 Picasso BN35HNGP</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had my vehicle at Citroen East Vaal motors Witbank since the 4th of November 2015 <br />to replace the faulty steering rack again (3rd rack with only 55 000km done)</p> <p>The Service from Corne Collins was fast and I paid R 6 833.52 to get the part. Danie the technician had the part 2 weeks later and installed it. The vehicle now had power steering full on at all speeds, not safe at all. Danie asked to take the vehicle to a training session in Pretoria to have 2 other Master Mechanics help diagnose the fault in the 1st week of December. An Out of the box fault was diagnosed with the part and a parts claim was to be logged. </p> <p>The East Vaal motors lady to do the claim had to be trained how to do it so another 2 weeks went by, now Mid December the claim was apparently submitted to Citroën / Peugeot SA </p> <p>I have contacted East Vaal Witbank 4 times in the last 3 weeks only to hear <br />1. Sorry Corne does not work here anymore but we will follow up and let you know - Did not happen<br />2. Sorry Derick (Workshop manager) does not work here anymore we will send you the communication to Citroen so you can add pressure from your side too - did not happen<br />3. We are waiting on Citroën / Peugeot SA. <br />4. The Latest from Herm**** who is trying to help is that a technical ticket is to be raised when they can figure out how to do that with Citroën / Peugeot SA </p> <p>I have now had no use of the car for 3 months and I can get no clear timeline on the repair and return of this vehicle. <br /><br /></p>
<p>Acc: ********** 24217</p> <p>I have had a terible experiance trying to change the payment method for my LTE account. In October I upgraded to 100/100gb (as my company offered to pay for it) at the Northgate Branch. As part of the upgrade I asked for the debit order to be canceled as the company would pay by stop order. I was assured by the staff it was canceled. It went off again in November and my Company made the stop order payment too. In December it did not go off so I though it was sorted (Company paid in again).</p> <p>Now in JAN it went off my account again on the 3rd I imediately went to the shop in Centurion lake and was told they DO NOT deal with accouts queries and they had a call centre person call me. The call centre person informed me that Telkom debit orders can't be canceled and i should just ensure that the payment from my company happens befere the debit order date. This is a workaround to an illeagal policy.</p> <p>TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THE DEBIT ORDER WAS RUN AGAIN THIS MORNING !!!!! now Telkom has taken another R999 - 7 days after the last debit order this is utterly unacceptable.</p>
