I'd like to give special thanks to William and his manager Flippie Pieterse from your claims department for lying to its customers. On multiple occasions. Fortunately I have a recording of that. Oh and an FYI incase you have a specialist car and Insure it with old mutual. If it's out of warranty, they will force you to repair it using aftermarket parts. Regardless of if it devalues your car or not. Unethical behavior from an insurance company. Advise everyone to read their fine print and go elsewhere. Apparently my claim was approved it if was to be repaired with Renew it. Strangely now that I denied my vehcile to repair my a company with a 2.8 star rating, my claim is no longer approve. I suspect there's some untoward transactions taking place between the parties involved.
What a slow painful experience to deal with this company. I have a Low mileage bmw m6, which had relatively low damage to the drivers door. Which took place in the driveway. Due to m3 forgetting to put the handbrake on. 2 weeks later I'm told the cars out of warranty I must take it to whom they are affiliated with. Renew it rivonia, which have horrific reviews. Even their assessors quote came to 27k, when I calculated the parts myself before labour and mark up. Were 41k. It's question after question, delay after delay, taking it to our repairer who's got a horrific reputation and no guarantee they will use genuine parts. What kind of joke of an insurer is this?

Lie about attempting to deliver and calling. Call centre rude and unfriendly. Refuse to have recieve any parcels via this company in future

Zone off road midrand, a member of rmi, allowed to lie to the motoring ombudsman, charge a customer R111,000.00 for an overheating vehcile, which 4 months later is still not in a drivable state.
Unprofessional and crooks Waited 3 months after being quoted R62k for an overheating jeep, paid R111k to get it back and have it in limp mode the following day. Response I got from corner was, ya actually it needs new heads. So why did these clowns charge me 12k for skimming the heads, new rocks and lifters, new oil pump etc. Oil because they should never have skimmed the heads to start with. Then they put pressure on me with 30 minutes notice to collect the jeep. In the fine print they wrote we offer no warranty of worms due to previously having skimmed heads. Ended up putting a new engine in a 2016 with 30000km after these crooks had there way with the vehicle
I subscribed for adsl on the 27 of September. Your business package at R419, I assumed I would get 30 days access for that money. I'm writing this post to warn people off from using afrihost. From day 1 I was billed for having a 10meg line when I informed you on day 1 I only had 4 meg available from Telkom. Was promised a refund. Still waiting....<br> <br> Now the main reason I got your service is to stream Apple TV. Seeing as that's not possible on your current network. Oh and yes I signed up to your new green network(still waiting for my sign in). I request a refund for July over a week ago. Respond with speed test. Still nothing. <br> <br> So I downgrade my account to a 10gig capped account. Now I get charged an additional fee even though I have already paid for a 4meg business line for the rest of the month. <br> <br> I'm cutting my losses. What a terrible way to treat customers
Just to tell people out there know how poor Standard banks service is. I ordered a replacement credit card in January. To date I am still waiting.<br> <br> First excuse in Feb from my private banker Card was sent but return due to me not accepting there calls. Never received a call. <br> <br> March new card sent, no feedback ever, numerous calls to standard private banker. Never a call back to tell me where or when I will receive my card. <br> <br> April called up standard bank credit cards direct, promised card will be delivered to Brooklyn branch in PTA, told I will received an sms when card will be there. Still waiting.... <br> <br> Today I went to Brooklyn. Waited in a quote for 30 minutes (private banking what a joke). Never received a card. <br> <br> Call standard bank credit cards again today. A manager called goodwill promised my card will be with me tomorrow. Then at the end of the calls says actually. Sorry it's weekend tomorrow so not possible. Waiting for a call back, not counting on it though. <br> <br> Time for a new bank.
