Sweet talk but worse security company!!!

Absolutely shocking, never use as a security company- rotten to the core amd this all stems from poor managers in all departments I have dealt with- Admin, Sales and Technical department.

The one person- Ginieal(Sales Consultant) was the only honest person, however when he left(hopefully to a better company) the true rotten core came out. Waited 6 weeks for his replacement to return my call and messages without response. After calling once I had an incident at the house he made all types of excuses and taking no responsibility for his repeated poor service.

Despite paying the required quote that Ginieal provided the Technical team has not lived up to the quote and its been another one way street, repeated emails without response.

Please stay clear of them, their rates are not bad compared to competitors but for a hundred or 2 more a month you get 10 times better service from the others.

Never do business with them, Managers are there to try and sweet talk you but no action!!!
