Pathetic ZoomFlex

My name is Gift Nkosi. I want to voice out my frustration against the worst Wifi company in South Africa, called ZoomFlex.

I've been complaining to them since late 2024 about short range internet connection, which only starts and ends in my sitting room. I've logged thousand calls with theirs support but up to now nothing is happening. Their service is so pathetic! These are my references: ZF000E1QH and ZF000DQ2Q
