I've been complaining to them since late 2024 about short range internet connection, which only starts and ends in my sitting room. Hi there, my name is Gift Nkosi. I started joining Erase Debt SA aka Cleanslate Solutions last year in October 2024 after seeing their advert on Tiktok. They promise to clear your bad credit record and give you clearance certificate. I payed R999 for 6 months, from October 2024 until March 2025. Since then there has not been any communication from them. They are avoiding my calls, even when I ask them to call me back a thousand times, they never do. Please run away from these cruel ****MERS. I have paid my premium in full the past month. I'm not in arrears at all. This is not happening for the first time on me. I don't understand the reason why. Poor unprofessional service by Rain. It's just madness!
5613273 This is my query reference number. Since last Monday (12.12.2022) up to now I'm still without internet. I have made more than ten calls to the support but no one has assisted me. Up to now I have no internet. What type of network does that to its customers??? It can only be RAIN the worst ever network provider in the history of the world. They promised to send through their technicians but never did. I'm angry!!!
I have had no internet for 5 days and counting. I called their call centre 5 times with no help. The last time I called; their agent named Abongile muted me for about 40 minutes without notice or anything.. She literally avoided me. Up to date. I have not gotten any help from rain. Rain is the worst thing that has ever happened in the South African internet service providers' history!!!
My favorite bank has disappointed me. On the 26th of September I withdrew R8000 from an FNB ATM and nothing came out. I went inside the branch to open a query case and they said it would take 2 weeks to a month for investigation into the matter. They asked if they could block my card and send me the new one whilst investigation continues and I said yes. I called them today (01 November 2022) and the only answer they could give me was that "our investigation shows nothing wrong on our side". My new card got delivered, but I'm still not clear about my R8000. I need a clear answer. I'm not happy at all. I Love FNB but may I please have clear answers? Thank you
So a few days ago I complained about DStv double deducting my account and how dissatisfied I was with their services. Shortly after that DStv contacted me and promised to rectify that error. In less than 4 days the money was refunded back into my account. I am now a happy man. DStv you are a promise keeper! Thank you!

They said they couldn't get me debited for whatever reasons with all the money in my account. So I opted to go back paying manually to avoid disconnection. Last month (May) they overchaged me and when I queried with them they told me that its okay I will pay less the following month. This month (June) they did it again. I payed R229 manually since they have issues debiting my account. Now all of a sudden the debit is working and they debit my account R229 times 2. When I query they want alot of documents as proof. Multichoice is a SCAM!!!
