No longer impressive!

The lack of communication is infuriating and inexplicable! I have no idea how to get any resolution around my order so I cancelled everything but Im still unsure about an order tha is supposed to happen in 2 days time. I am now just sitting and waiting to see what happens.

Zuki Pet used to be impressive with communication, but since the launch of their new website and business they have lost that completely!
