I placed orders with Zulzi on 27 January and payment was successfully deducted. However, the orders were never fulfilled.
For one order, my account was debited twice, and for another order I was debited once. Zulzi has only refunded one transaction, while the remaining amounts for two orders are still outstanding.
I have contacted Zulzi customer support multiple times and have wasted airtime trying to resolve this matter, with no assistance or resolution provided.
This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I am requesting: • A full refund of all outstanding amounts, and • Clear feedback on why their customer line isnt reacheable since requesting refunds
I expect this matter to be resolved urgently.
