I placed orders with Zulzi on 27 January and payment was successfully deducted. However, the orders were never fulfilled. For one order, my account was debited twice, and for another order I was debited once. Zulzi has only refunded one transaction, while the remaining amounts for two orders are still outstanding. I have contacted Zulzi customer support multiple times and have wasted airtime trying to resolve this matter, with no assistance or resolution provided. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I am requesting: • A full refund of all outstanding amounts, and • Clear feedback on why their customer line isnt reacheable since requesting refunds I expect this matter to be resolved urgently.
am lodging this complaint to report a very distressing experience involving individuals who represented themselves as Clientèle brokers. I was assisted by a broker named Tankiso (078 784 5107) and his associate Brian (084 651 7034). During our recorded conversation, it was clearly agreed that no debit would take place unless I first received an SMS to approve or decline the policy. That SMS never came through, yet my account was debited without my consent. This has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. I have recordings of the call confirming that no debit was authorised, as well as proof of the debit. I am requesting: • A full investigation into the conduct of the above individuals • Immediate assistance with reversing the unauthorised debit • Confirmation of whether these individuals are legitimate, registered Clientèle representatives I have escalated this matter to my bank’s ***** department and will be opening a formal case. I am hoping Clientèle takes this matter seriously and resolves it urgently.
This company has handed me over for a service I refused on record. Their Agent Marius called me and pretended to remove a debit order and fix the issue only for him to hand me over. After admitting on call he did listen to the recording and heard me refusing to take the service. Now I am being harassed by a company I do not know because of them. I clearly told them I do not want their services on record because it’s not helping me with anything. They charge me R789 for a credit record sheet I get for free from trans union, after multiple times begging them to stop debiting they’ve finally handed me over! Marius is no longer reachable ! None of them are, my credit health is affected because of them
Im irate with Uber eats and Lioncellars Middelburg, not once but twice they messed up my orders. No communication whatsoever , no support from the app and a cancel option none existence twice. Got over charged and now sitting on negative. No number to contact Uber eats and all the numbers on the internet for Lioncellars Middelburg aren't working. They will cancel and add things without communication and send a not helpful driver to deliver
I am extremely disappointed with the ********* and deceptive service I received from Wealthtec. I was misled into believing they would assist in boosting my credit score, but instead I’ve been left with two active debit mandates on my account that they refuse to cancel, even after multiple written requests. Despite numerous emails, Wealthtec has ignored all communication, offering no assistance or explanation. When I attempted to resolve the issue telephonically, I was met with rude and unprofessional staff, with one even threatening to hand me over—a shocking and unacceptable response, especially given that I’ve been trying to resolve this matter in good faith. I feel completely ****med. Not only has Wealthtec failed to deliver on their promises, but they continue to debit my account without proper authorization or transparency. This conduct is both ********* and exploitative. Chilowa Ndivhuwo Credit legal specialist And 3 more of them who’s names I have forgotten have been avoiding me I strongly advise others to stay away from Wealthtec. I am currently in the process of escalating this issue to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the Ombudsman for Banking Services (OBS) for further investigation.
PLEASE HELP No matter how desperate you can get, if you're looking to rent an apartment make sure it's not with Ithemba Properties, whether it's Johannesburg or Pretoria don't do it. Infact *I need help making this post trend!* - *********** stuff from managers all the way down -********s, they will rip you off, their prices are not what they seem or tell you. A unit advertised for R4600 you end up paying R6000 - No service delivery at all and if you are unhappy and break the lease they will blacklist you. - Pay well and want to move out end of their lease they will bring up ridiculous costs, loose your deposit and still blacklist you. - Their apartments and buildings aren't what you see in the adverti*****t. You will view a clean apartment but will be moved in a ***sty, it's like they have ones they trust and reserve for adverti*****t once you sign and pay hell breaks loose. Sewage stinks inside the apartment, coackroaches! I don't even want to mention. You will clean yourself when you move in and pay for fumigation, but when you move out you are charged for cleaning and fumigation. I was promised 20% rental discount if I move out end of November. The statement came and no discount, the agent just ditched. I have all proof of emails and conversations with them since August last year till date. They have ignored all ethical and professional ways to treat a tenant purposefully
