Received absolutely superb service from Khayakazi Malimba today (representing Bryte Insurance on behalf Standard Bank credit card travel insurance). Khayekazi went the extra mile by answering numerous email threads timeously. She issued a free insurance policy (which is available when you use your credit card to purchase airline tickets). I was also issued with a policy number, precise details of the basic cover, and the pdf was even addressed to the Embassy of Ireland to help with my visa application. I am absolutely stunned and thrilled by the fantastic, professional service I received today. It all happened and was finalised within a couple of hours. Brilliant truly.
