Drinks gone wrong
A week ago I visited 1 on Palm Malvern park,we had the sushi,it was good BUT the drinks were a fail,the cranberry juice which should be strong/tart was watered down,tasted like water,I told the waiter to change it for a chocolate milkshake which tasted far from chocolate,it was vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup,tasted so bad but I didn't want to complain the second time around....

1 on plam gateway u guys are horrible
I recently visited 1 on plam in gateway and we had ordered the tall boy capicino and the R175 steak meal which came with chips. Firstly I would like to say the tall boy capicino was a standard size cup for R45 and the R175 steak meal with a fried egg and chips was told by the waiter to be the best dish however to my disappointment this mean was horrible socked in the worse sauce I have ever tasted it was like it was fried in stale old oil and my husband and I was unable to finish the steak. We did not tip the waiter cause we were unhappy. The waiter then decided he would keep the table before we left wiping all the food dirt onto my dress. Wat a experience I would never want to visit any of they branches again a waste of my money

Bad food, outrageous bill
We had a mid week dinner at 1 on Palm The waitron was very attentive, and suggested the tomahawk steak the sample shown was frozen The steak when arrived was covered in barbecue basting hiding large amounts of uncooked fat, the steak has been butterf**** to attempt to cook the meat quicker when we asked for it to be addressed it was taken back to the kitchen but did not come back any better The food was almost inedible, we ended up leaving not eating half the food No body from management attempted to come to ask why we were leaving without finishing our food The bill was outrageous for what was provided I would not recommend this restaurant

The Worst
Waited roughly 20 minutes for our drinks and the place wasn’t even that busy. The food was tasty but very small portions, I know how big a 250g steak is and that wasn’t it, I was not full after my meal. Very underwhelming experience.

The Worst
Waited roughly 20 minutes for our drinks and the place wasn’t even that busy. The food was tasty but very small portions, I know how big a 250g steak is and that wasn’t it, I was not full after my meal. Very underwhelming experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - BAD FOOD I visited the restaurant on Sunday this past weekend and the experience was the worst I have ever received. I asked the waiter to see a menu and asked for a few minutes as I went over it, she said no ill wait with you. I ordered fish and prawns - Both tasted really old/not fresh at all. I ordered a chicken burger- dry and thd chips from both meals tasted old, stale and dry. Would never recommend anyone to go there

Good food
We went to 1 on Palm Season Food and Grill in Gateway for dinner on Sunday the 26 February 2023 for the first time, we were served by PK. We ordered Tomawack with PK's advice, we don5't regret anything. It was served with Creamy spinach and pumpkin with coleslaw and Chips, very nice and we even take home doggy bag as the meal can feed 4-6 people and we were just 2, awesome service, food and environment....I love it .

Good food
We went to 1 on Palm Season Food and Grill in Gateway for dinner on Sunday the 26 February 2023 for the first time, we were served by PK.
