I have experienced an excellent service with MiWay, with no complaints.
Order #1596946 was placed on the 26 July and never received, when we call there is no answer, email is auto reply and no feedback. Watsapp message is auto reply and every time we are told they are still waiting for the order from China, and another time we are told that order is stuck at the habour in Durban. We have requested for the refund bust still nothing. This company is a big ****.
I placed an order #879911 and pay for a mirror on the 29 May 2025 and only receive the order on the 22 June, no communication , no tracking number provided nothing. I was the one sending emails with no response. On the day of the delivery after the delivery guy left, we open the parcel only to find the mirror broken and I called the delivery guy and he said he want to confirm with his office, he call me back and say I must log it with the shop i bought it, then i send an email to onedaydeal and till today there is no feedback , no response nothing. Their service is pathetic, no contact number nothing....Uselesss, I cannot recommend anyone to use their service
Excellent service from Dylan and the team, we bought Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer B1700 - Phantom Black from them and it was delivered in 2 days as we have made our order in the evening. I will recommend Eco Hub if you need a reliable company for online purchases.
YOU DONT DERSERVE ANY STAR, PATHETIC SERVICE , USELESS. Still not yet received my parcel, empty promise since the 18th November 2024 , I spoke to Ntombi and she promise to resolve my issue, I have tried to call her last week thursday and friday with no success. MAYBE YOU WANT TO SELL MY STAFF AND CLAIM THAT IT IS LOST, I'm going to open a case against this company
They don't deserve any star, very useless, Order number RUNWS00129964 | 10100039880956 , parcel was scheduled to be delivered on the 18th November today is the 28 November, no delivery and no communication, Called several times and when I track the parcel it shows it was return as they cannot get hold of the customer and no one ever called me. I tried to call DSV and they said they are still investigating, very poor service as the person I bought this for already left to another city without her gifts
Order 241111700490181 was placed on the 11 November and delivery was due on the 18th November and today is the 28 November, no delivery and no communication, Called several times and was told that the parcel was collected by the courier company DSV and when I track the parcel it shows it was return as they cannot get hold of the customer and no one ever called me. I tried to call DSV and they said they are still investigating, very poor service as the person I bought this for already left to another city without her gifts. Roxanne from Runway tried to assist but I think she rely on other people's update which is useless.
This people don't deserve any star, We ordered a green cargo pants that was on "special" online for R850 size 38 Order #4127 , we receive a green cheap pants that is not valued R300 , written size XL4 and the name of the brand was cut-off, very cheap material. We send them an email for exchange, we have to pay R150 for courier to send it back, on the email we requested size 42 checking on the size they sent before, few days later we receive another green cargo pants, different material with poor pockets material(it was like plastic), the size was 38 which was even smaller than the first one, we just want our money back including the one we paid for the courier. This company is a ****, they sell Fong kong clothes, not original, do not be fouled by their prices, they sell ****
Pathetic service for funds allocation, it took them more than a month to allocate money to my account and I am still waiting. Vuyokazi Ndamase is the lady who was handling the case but so far no feedback When I call they just hang-up with no assistance, I JUST WANT MY MONY BACK
My order 140582042was placed and payed on the 21 November 2023 and the first delivery date was the 25th and I never received my order and a new delivery date was the 1st December and still no delivery but on the account it shows out for delivery and I called on the 2nd December 2023 and no one seems to know what is happening to my parcel as they are unable to track it. I wanted to rate them 0 or no star, their call centers is useless
