A company that has taken automation to the point that they no longer understand customer service. I cancelled my service at the beginning of April 2024, givig the required notice, at the beginning of July WebAfrica terminated my service but still debited my account for July. But to add insult to injury they will also not release the line to my new ISP, so I get service from them. They then have kept me hanging on a chat line for over 2 hours, with multiple agents and their Chatbot, while they try and figure out why they continue to bill me and won't release the line to the new ISP Poor service does not describe the sheer incompetence
We had a mid week dinner at 1 on Palm The waitron was very attentive, and suggested the tomahawk steak the sample shown was frozen The steak when arrived was covered in barbecue basting hiding large amounts of uncooked fat, the steak has been butterf**** to attempt to cook the meat quicker when we asked for it to be addressed it was taken back to the kitchen but did not come back any better The food was almost inedible, we ended up leaving not eating half the food No body from management attempted to come to ask why we were leaving without finishing our food The bill was outrageous for what was provided I would not recommend this restaurant
I went to Nedbank Rosebank Mall to collect my new credit card They use a ticketing system that time stamps the time of entry that gives you a number I sat waiting in front of the card collection staff while they had no customers in front of them for 15 minutes before I went to the front desk and asked to see a manager the manager asked why I wanted to see them and when they heard that I wanted to request service they sent a supervisor Only then did the card collection department decide to offer service The supervisor who seemed well versed in apologizing for lack of service came and apologized saying it shouldn’t be like this Why ? surely Nedbank understands customer service is paramount for being a retail bank? Saying sorry isn’t a form of customer service
Absolutely no idea wrt customer service. Requested for a Xmas present to be delivered by Xmas day . After a lengthy discussion with George branch and a parcel having being delivered from Johannesburg to George branch 2 days before Xmas the best delivery they were prepared to offer was the 27th of December Absolutely No service Avoid them
