Service has drastically declined over the years

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a dining establishment. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unfriendly.

When I realized I couldn’t find my bag, I asked one of the waiters if they’d seen it. Instead of offering any help or empathy, they responded with hostility, making me feel like a nuisance. I even asked to speak with the manager, hoping they’d be more understanding, but they were just as rude and dismissive.

Throughout the entire evening, my party and I felt unwelcome and, frankly, uncomfortable due to the staff’s consistent unkindness. A restaurant is supposed to provide a pleasant experience, and we got the exact opposite. I’ve been to countless places, and I’ve never felt so disrespected. Not to mention I’m a regular been going there for years and the customer experience has declined drastically.

This place needs a serious overhaul in customer service and attitude if they want returning customers.
