Service has drastically declined over the years
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a dining establishment. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unfriendly. When I realized I couldn’t find my bag, I asked one of the waiters if they’d seen it. Instead of offering any help or empathy, they responded with hostility, making me feel like a nuisance. I even asked to speak with the manager, hoping they’d be more understanding, but they were just as rude and dismissive. Throughout the entire evening, my party and I felt unwelcome and, frankly, uncomfortable due to the staff’s consistent unkindness. A restaurant is supposed to provide a pleasant experience, and we got the exact opposite. I’ve been to countless places, and I’ve never felt so disrespected. Not to mention I’m a regular been going there for years and the customer experience has declined drastically. This place needs a serious overhaul in customer service and attitude if they want returning customers.

Terrible experience with Buffalo Logistics
I am utterly disappointed with the abysmal service provided by Buffalo Logistics for my recent parcel delivery. Despite assurances of timely delivery, my parcel failed to arrive on the promised date, and my graduation is tomorrow so this is causing immense frustration and inconvenience. This is not an isolated incident, as numerous negative reviews and complaints on TikTok and other social media platforms highlight the consistent unreliability of buffalos's delivery service. It is evident that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, with no regard for the inconvenience caused to loyal customers like myself.The lack of accountability and communication from Buffalo only exacerbates the issue. Despite reaching out to express my concerns, I received no satisfactory explanation or resolution for the delay as it is near impossible to get a hold of them. As a consumer, I expect a basic level of competence and reliability from a delivery service. Unfortunately, Buffalo has failed miserably in meeting these expectations. I strongly advise against using their services and caution others to seek alternative options to avoid similar disappointment. In conclusion, my experience with Buffalo has been nothing short of disastrous, and I urge them to prioritize customer satisfaction and improve their service quality before further tarnishing their reputation.Avoid Buffalo at all costs.
