Dear Activision Support,
I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding what appears to be a shadow ban placed on my account. I am currently unable to join matches with friends, which has significantly impacted my experience with the game.
I have legally purchased all of my games and have never questioned the pricing. However, like many other players, I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the presence of hackers in the game. The situation has deteriorated to the point where it’s often difficult to distinguish between highly skilled players and those using unfair advantages.
I want to clarify that I do not use any form of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software. You are welcome to review my gaming system—there is nothing suspicious or in violation of your terms of service.
It is disheartening to feel penalized as an honest player, especially when the broader issue of cheating continues to affect the community. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account and provide clarification on the reason for the shadow ban.
