Extremely Poor Service and communication, their agents are rude and ****s.

This has to be the worst insurance company ever. I don't understand why MTN is still working with them or how did they give them the contract. In March 2026 I made a claim to have my device repaired. I was collected and sent to the repair center. When it was on the repair center the was no communication or update. Whenever I call the agent would send me back and forth and tell me different stories. The phone eventually got back to me, it only worked for a few weeks and the problem started again. I called them again to inform them Their agents are telling lies as usual sending me back and forth. One of their agents Called Mandla said I'm Crazy and ended the call
