Terrible service and quick to reject my claim

Terrible service and poor treatment to clients.

I recently experinced a mecanical failure and logged a claim with AA/advantage motor repairs. I had to call them numerous times finding out the status of my claim ams I was told today that my claim has been rejected. I spoke to the manager there who was not helpful at all. All he told me that my policy does not cover those repairs(Mechatronics unit and clutch due to wear and tear) I was not told the same by the repair workshop. They are very quick to reject my claim without even callinvg and explaining to me.

I need my claim approved asap so I can get my vehicle back.

I will be canceling this terrible policy soon.
