Terrible Customer support and Technical support from Vodacom Fibre. My Fibre at home has been down for the last 5 days. Ticket number SR260515-237055. I have been calling 3 times a day for the last 5 days for help and no one can assist. I am loosing business and this is costing me alot of money because now I have to buy data for my whole family. No one at Vodacom treats this as urgent. Please do it use Vodacom Fibre because once there is a problem, you will never get assistance.
Terrible service and poor treatment to clients. I recently experinced a mecanical failure and logged a claim with AA/advantage motor repairs. I had to call them numerous times finding out the status of my claim ams I was told today that my claim has been rejected. I spoke to the manager there who was not helpful at all. All he told me that my policy does not cover those repairs(Mechatronics unit and clutch due to wear and tear) I was not told the same by the repair workshop. They are very quick to reject my claim without even callinvg and explaining to me. I need my claim approved asap so I can get my vehicle back. I will be canceling this terrible policy soon.
I have been with Fedhealth for the last 20 years. Recently from October 2022 till February 2025 I needed to go for multiple procedures regarding the removal of my bottom left jaw which is currently replaced by a titanium plate. We are now left with the last procedure that requires dental implants and Fedhealth is refusing to pay for this. I have been battling with them for the last 4 months to get his procedure approved. This is not cosmetic.My left bottom teeth was removed with my jaw. I am struggling to eat as I can only chew on my right hand side. We have made nunerous calls to Fedhealth and no one wants to assist me. Their service and customer care is pathetic. They never return your calls or emails. Fedhealth had my full medical history and they still refuse to approve this. I need my Dental implant procedure approved urgently.
I have been for a major medical procedure recently and have logged a Lifestyle/Disability claim with Liberty Life on the 25/02/25.Ever since logging this claim I had to phone and email in almost every day just to follow up on the status on this.You struggle getting hold of the claims assessor or the claims manager.You send countless emails phone messages but no one ever gets back to you .All I am asking is for simple feedback until this claim is finalized. My claim number is 59829282000.After all the struggling I was told last week that my claim was rejected as further medical info is required from the Doctor,Upon speaking to the Doctor last week,no further info was requested from Doctor,I am disputing this rejection and will escalate to the highest Level possible.I urgently request that my claim be re looked at,I will not accept this decision considering the terrible service I receive from Liberty.
Pathetic service,I have been a member for the last 20 years with this medical aid. Recently I had to undergo a few medical procedures and each time we submit a authorization to them it always get declined, this is putting my health at risk because I have to call their call centre 5 times a day and speak to different agents who is unable to assist to tell me why the claim is declined.They pass you around from one agent to another. I need to undergo 2 more medical procedures and My treating doctor still has not been paid in full paid for the surgery that was done in April 2024.No one can tell me why.I sent another authorization about 2 weeks ago and this one has also been declined. No one cares about your health at Fedhealth. I have been dealing with a certain escalation person from their executive team but she refuses to assist me this past 3 weeks. This is extremely frustrating especially when you are recovering from surgery and have more upcoming surgeries to attend. Do not think of ever using this medical aid.
Terrible service and pathetic customer care. We bought a whirlpool gas stove in August and the entire gas stove shattered. We only installed it about 2 weeks ago. This morning we put a frying pan on the stove and within a few minutes the entire glass top shattered. We have being phoning them continuously from this morning and we are being told this is of Negligence.We want prove that that this was negligence. Still no feedback .No Help, pathetic service .Never buy any appliance from here.
I am experiencing a problem with my Hisense TV that is still under guarantee. A call was logged with their head office. Call log 211167555.No one has contacted me to provide feedback when my TV will be collected and replaced or fixed. I have been calling their offices for the past 2 weeks and never get assisted. I urgently need my TV Replaced. This is a huge inconvenience for me. Very bad service.
