WARNING - do not trust these people. You have no idea what they do with you car when they have the keys!!! I left my car with them and returned to a smashed windscreen. They said a stone had been thrown up by a truck wheel. It has cost me R14 000 to replace the windscreen.

I would like to commend this company for its excellent service . At first I was a bit sceptical after reading their Hello Peter reviews but I must say awesome service from Henco and the guys (mokwena) assisted on arrival 14.06.2024 and also when we came back on the 21.06.2024 I recommend this company to anyone who wants to use a short term and medium to long term parking service at the airport . The cars were also washed for us upon our return from vacation. I give them 100/10

My partner and I recently utilised the service of Air-O-Parking at O.R. Tambo International Airport. When we dropped off the vehicle it was in perfect condition without any faults or damage, however when we picked up the vehicle it had become evident whilst driving that something was wrong with the vehicle as there was a rumbling sensation coming from it. Upon further investigation by going into the vehicles settings we had found a drive train malfunction notification which was hidden and cleared out of the visible control panel display. The notification will pop up automatically when the vehicle is started, however we initially did not notice this because when we picked up the vehicle the vehicle was already started and in park whilst on idle. Soon after leaving the airport and having discovered the issue with the vehicle whilst on the road, we messaged Air-O-Parking to tell them off the issue. We were then advised that they would have their manager contact me. I had explained the issue with him, however my feedback on the matter was met with much hostility. The company owner Henco denied any accountability for the issue given that he did not 'personally' drive the vehicle. Whilst this may be true, the vehicle was driven by his employees and during which time something had gone wrong with the vehicle. Further to this Henco was extremely rude and unprofessional and even went as far as to try turn around the situation to accuse us of trying to de***** him by stating that the vehicle had the issue before It was dropped off with his guys. He further attempted to back up his argument by referencing the fact that when I had dropped off the vehicle I enquired if their parking facility which is external to the Airport is insured. As a vehicle owner allowing a third party service provider to drive and store my vehicle, it is my right to enquire if they have liability cover to be conducting their business operations and this enquiry should not be used against me should something in fact go wrong with the vehicle whilst it is in the care of the third party service provider. The customer service received from Henco was extremely disgusting to say the least. I see that I am not the only one to have had a bad experience with this company and many others have never received any resolution in their issues. My only regret is that I did not research these reviews before having utilised the service. Would highly not recommend this company to anyone. Please use with high caution!!!

I booked and paid for a service 3 weeks ago. on the day we were unable to locate the representative from this company and unable to reach anyone telephonically. we had to park our car elsewhere. I have made many requests for a refund over the last 3 WEEKS and have not yet received one after many promises. I will never use this company again.

I used Air-O-Parking from the 26th of December to the 30th of December. My son forgot his phone in the car, when we received the vehicle back the phone was stolen out of the car. I reported it on the day when we collected the car (30 December 2022), the driver who collected the vehicle said that he will report it and that they will come back to me. Nobody bothered to contact me with an update. I phone them on the morning of the 4th of January, the driver again said that he is 10 minutes away from the office and someone will get back to be as soon as he gets to the office, no way contact me. Later the afternoon of the 4th of Jan I phoned again and spoke to (I think the owner) who apologized and said that he will look into it. I heard nothing back until the 6th of Jan when I send him a WhatsApp. Once again, they decided to rather keep quite and did not reply. Tried sending them another message today (12 Jan 2022) will see if they bother to get back to me this time.
