The pre sale service was great. The after sale service is non-existent. After a quality assurance check over a week ago, and some issues being raised, we are still waiting on feedback. we keep sending emails and being told they will get back to us. phone calls get cut off. Is this service?
We have used the Smart Shopper card and filled up with petrol 4 times. We are awaiting the unique code to redeam points for a car. The code we were sent was invalid and not accepted at the garage. We raised a query with Smart Shopper and BP, promised an escalation and response. Not received anything We have continued to fill up at BP. We are now waiting for another unique code. has not arrived. Clearly there is a big problem with this promotion. How and when will this be resoved, and those deserving people get the cars that were advertised?
I booked and paid for a service 3 weeks ago. on the day we were unable to locate the representative from this company and unable to reach anyone telephonically. we had to park our car elsewhere. I have made many requests for a refund over the last 3 WEEKS and have not yet received one after many promises. I will never use this company again.
I have just received notification that mweb is increasing their prices again. this is the second time this year! This is crazy. for the service you received, this makes me so cross.
