Car park picked up my car on 11 June 2018 at 04h45 am. Returned to me on 13 June at 10h40 am. When I dropped my car on Monday the tank was over a quarter full, got it back with the petrol light on. The interior, leather seats was full of oil marks that smelled like slapchips. Pulled my tracker reports and to my surprise!!! Saw how my car was driven around TWICE, speeding alerts, harsh brake and turn alerts and idle alerts. Car idled for +-25 min at a time for no reason and this happened 4 times. Explains where my petrol went! 26 harsh turning alerts and 6 harsh braking. My car was sped in a 60km/h zone at 97km/h and there is not just one speeding alert! This is unacceptable and everyone using this car park should know this! They pride themselves on their website that you can leave your car there CAREFREE!! Phoned the manager/owner at 11h43, send her all the reports and maps of the routes and still no feedback two hours later. GREAT SERVICE!!! I will never use any type of car park ever again!

Good afternoon I would like to compliment Aircare Carpark on their outstanding work well done.I made use of their service during the easter weekend. Upon my arrival at the airport the person collecting my vehicle was on time waiting for me as soon as I stopped I welcomed me and even helped to offload my bags. Upon my arrival back at OR Tambo, minutes after we landed I switched on my phone still on my way to collect my luggage and then I received a phone call from them informing me they are already waiting for me. How nice it felt to know I don't have to wait for my vehicle to take the drive back to Polokwane. When I arrived at my vehicle they even washed my vehicle , I am visiting my family during the festive season again and I have made my booking already. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that needs their service.<br> <br> Keep up the good work!!

My husband worked at Sasol for a contract he then wanted to come home for a weekend and we used Aircare carepark, they should be called no care carepark. When my husband got to the airport the driver handed him his keys and after that he got a call from Marle just telling him her driver had an accident with his car. I then emailed her the following day and told her that they must please go to the police station to get a police report and send me the case number and the drivers license. They never did that so I could not claim from my insurance. She kept telling me that they will pay and my claim is with finance. No suddenly she told me that their terms and condition states they don't take liability. I told her that I could have claimed form my insurance if they did what I asked. She stated that her driver refused to go to the police station or give his lisence to her. They don't want to take any responsibility for their drivers. I came across more people they did this to from crack windscreens to lost keys to stolen good to accidents and they don't take any responsibility. They keep on getting away with this, it is unacceptable. my name is Yolanda and my no is 0835479393

As with other complaints logged on hello peter against Aircare Carpark - we also experienced the same response from Marli (Aircare Carpark Management)<br> <br> We explained to Marli that when we received our vehicle we immediately informed the driver that the complete windscreen was cracked. No defect was listed when they received the vehicle.<br> <br> First she said she cannot address the problem: \Sy is te besig om die yard te ry

Firstly, I had to repeatedly ask and confirm with them how am I to recognize the driver, and where I should meet them. <br> <br> The driver was not wearing the jacket I was to identify him with. He did not check my car for any marks, dents. When I returned and collected my car, he did not ask for identification documents. He did not let me sign anything. Was still not wearing the grey and maroon jacket. <br> <br> When I arrived home, I noticed a strange car key in my car and that my insulated water bottle was missing. As well as the plastic cover cap on one of my car's speakers. Marelise confirmed with me that they somehow managed to loose another client's car keys in my car, because... \they were very busy". What if it was my car keys they lost"
