Hi Telkom You recently took the liberty of adding a second line on the 17th of March 2019 (a sunday) to our billing address and statement. We were home that day. There was no technician, no installation of any line, no devices added. Where have you ever heard of a line being installed on a Sunday? When my husband recieved his April Statement, a new line was added, much to his surprise, for which he has been billed for. He never requested a second line. How dare you add this second line to our billing address and statement without our consent and knowledge?! We requested a cancellation of this second line (reference numbers: ********** 2 & ********** 4), but we will not be paying for it, as it has been added to our statement unlawfully. We request that this second line be removed urgently. If our request has not been granted within 14 days, we will persue further action. Please feel free to contact as to resolve this matter. Our landline: ********** 030. CA van der Merwe
After upgrading our line to 10Mbps and taking out a contract of R799 pm for 24 months for uncapped wifi, which includes a free TV andriod media box and a wifi modem, in February 2018, we still have not received delivery of the andriod media box and wifi modem. I have visited the shop, and made SEVERAL phone calls. The consultants make promises and excuses but fail to deliver. I cannot even get hold of an email of contact person at Telkom. Pathetic service. We are entitled to those devices. Please take action

Received an email from a recruitment agency named JO-Bright stating that they had a job to offer me in my chosen profession. Seemed fishy because:

1. I did not sign up to them.

2. They did not know my name or profession

3. They would only provide more info about the job if I first paid R500 into a personal account.

4. Phone number given does not work.

5. No VAT number

People, recruiters are paid by the companies that hire them. You should never need to pay a recruitment agency if you are the candidate.

Beware of how legit these scammers may seem.

I printed and laminated an A0 size poster. They charged me R570 when i wanted to pay with a debit card. And charged me R470 whhen i opted to pay cash. Hoeever, the tax invoice they gave me stated that I payed R570 (vat total of R70). When asked why they do this, as this is illegal, the shop assistant said that this was ANTON OOSTHUIZEN's rule. Smells like tax fraud to me. illegal and discriminate.
Firstly, I had to repeatedly ask and confirm with them how am I to recognize the driver, and where I should meet them.

The driver was not wearing the jacket I was to identify him with. He did not check my car for any marks, dents. When I returned and collected my car, he did not ask for identification documents. He did not let me sign anything. Was still not wearing the grey and maroon jacket.

When I arrived home, I noticed a strange car key in my car and that my insulated water bottle was missing. As well as the plastic cover cap on one of my car's speakers. Marelise confirmed with me that they somehow managed to loose another client's car keys in my car, because... \they were very busy". What if it was my car keys they lost"
