Poor Service
I am now left with deep regret for choosing Aksons Toti, which I had believed to be a reputable business, after my experience I am not so sure. Following the conclusion of the sale, I have come to learn that the Aksons does not care about its apparent customers, and I am now left with the worst customer experience I can recall, At each post sale contact with your representatives, I am have been left with dissatisfaction rather than satisfaction on multiple occasions, for - a service record, - license plates - car battery They went as far as quoting the Consumer Protection Act as a means of justifying their appaling customer service. This may have meant to intimidate me, they only sparked a fire to ensure I make it known that they have no regard for customers. I would not suggest you do business with them.

Refusal to refund
Ez Wheels Pietermatritzburg I was told I would get assistance and I was sent all the paperwork. I paid R5000 "activation" but then it took long for me to get the carport back up after we experienced a storm in my city. I said I would not continue as there is no carport and they are refusing to give me back my R5000 and they are telling me they will keep it safe for one day when I want to do business with them again. Kobus Dreyer Ntuthu Dlala Paul Du Plessis Zelia Wolmarans I want my money back. I will make this trend on every single platform until I get my money back.

Refusal to refund

Aksons Wheel Umhlanga - Selling Accident Damaged Cars
In April 2023, I bought a vehicle (2017 VW GOLF R DSR - VIN: WVWZZZAUZHW316120) from this dealership. The salesman and manager that helped me are Jannon Naicker and Suhail Yunus Murchie as a director. They advertised cars in AutoTrader as being in immaculate conditions. After taking delivery of the vehicle I noticed cosmetic and interior faults which they did not show in the pictures. There was a missing engine cover, right wheel cover, missing bolt nuts on every wheel, foreign painting underneath the engine, cable tights and Bluetooth not working properly. After 2 weeks of driving, the vehicle started vibrating showing engine light. The engine experienced a power loss and failed. I called VWSA and confirmed that this car engine was reworked a number of times. I have been paying for this vehicle every month (7) without fail. I reported the matter to MIOSA and October 2023 MIOSA finds that the transaction should be cancelled and this dealership to pay the bank to cancel this sale agreement. I was charged car usage by the dealership of R48,000.00 which I paid. There was a shortfall of R21,673.00 after transaction cancellation which I also paid. At the beginning they are very nice and friendly but once they receive your money they don't care about you. I would advise people to not buy any of their car or do business with these people. Their cars look nice but are accident damaged. They are equivalent to ****mers. In addition, they are working hand-in-hand with BOSCH car service Umhlanga with a technician named Christy Raman. They are ****s and dishonest people.

Disgusting service
Where do I even begin? I purchased a second hand GWM Vehicle from this dealership in July. I bought it cash with all the necessary warrenties and aproval documents. The dealership phoned to approve the so-called warranty. Two weeks after the purchase, my front wheels ceased and locked due to all the rust on the wheel piston which almost caused a major accident. Having fixed the problem, we asked the dealership to refund the amount that was spent on the issue. It has now been 4 months later with constant excuses and the extreme lack of customer service and the issue has still not been resolved. I have just tried to book it in for its 30 000 km service to find out the vehicle has lost its warranty a year before we bought the car. I do not recommend this company at all as it has only been a nightmare.

Refreshingly Good Service Delivery
I've recently had the absolute pleasure in dealing with them (in late October 2020). Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. I traded my vehicle for one of theirs. The car was delivered in the condition it was advertised (with brand new Pirelli tyres installed). And is a definite joy to drive. I did experience one problem but that was immediately resolved after informing the dealership. And the had a spare key made and couriered to me without batting an eye. All in all great service and still very happy with my purchase.

They should not even be getting a star. They are pure trash. Never purchase a vehicle from their dealership. After being sold a vehicle with a light fitment issue, which I have to run around to try and resolve. This dealership and its personnel complete ignore my requests for plate numbers and registration disc which I have already been charged for in the contract. They are tantamount to scammers. And I will advise anyone who seeks to do business with them to reconsider. They will not respond to emails at all. I am headed to lawyers. I'm taking them to court, for their account.
