I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Thuleka Maphangwana during my claims process. She has been consistently unresponsive — my calls go unanswered, my emails are ignored, and there has been no follow-up from her side at all.
My vehicle was damaged when one of their clients drove into it. I submitted every document they requested, and I even received written confirmation that my claim would be paid out. Despite this, I still have not been paid, and I have received no meaningful updates or assistance.
I have been forced to chase for information repeatedly, with absolutely no support. The lack of communication, responsiveness, and accountability is unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with how my claim has been handled and feel completely let down by the service I have received.
