I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Thuleka Maphangwana during my claims process. She has been consistently unresponsive — my calls go unanswered, my emails are ignored, and there has been no follow-up from her side at all. My vehicle was damaged when one of their clients drove into it. I submitted every document they requested, and I even received written confirmation that my claim would be paid out. Despite this, I still have not been paid, and I have received no meaningful updates or assistance. I have been forced to chase for information repeatedly, with absolutely no support. The lack of communication, responsiveness, and accountability is unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with how my claim has been handled and feel completely let down by the service I have received.

I needed a bridal dress and had my eyes set on a stunning one.. Only to be stopped at the dressing room to be told I cant try on any dresses as I need to make an appointment. How absolutely restarted. No where was it advertised stating via appointment only. I wasn't even asked or informed when I walked in the store if I have an appointment. I was going to buy that dress. Bride&Co you need to rethink and restructure how you run your shops.. Remeber.... Customer service is everything and you lack that. Pathetic. This isn't the first time I've heard complaints about this place..
Standard Bank is the worst. Service as usual is bad. They never answer calls. They steal your money. Worst bank of all.
Absolutely disgusting services! It's taken 3 DAYS to get a quote and I STILL don't have a quote. I've done follow up emails and still no response. THEN they send me a quote form to fill out WHICH I'VE NEVER HAD to fill in before. Another case - I've asked for a collection and have had no response regarding this either! Pathetic!
I am highly annoyed at the service of this business. ( as usual) I had canceled my old cell a phone contract a MONTH before and i am STILL being billed for this! When I call in, I get told that no one had recorded my request on their system and that they will put the request in to be cancelled and this will take a month to kick in but i will STILL need to pay in the last month! I was then told that I need to call in again 2 days later to make sure my request was submitted. WHY must I follow up on THEIR jobs?? THEY are PAID to work and PAID to make sure requests are for-filled by the clients. CELL C admin is a joke and needs to train their staff accordingly.
Planet Fitness admin department is a complete nightmare! AGAIN they keep deducting money from my account after NUMEROUS calls and emails to cancel my contract with them. And then be told that no such request was made! GET your act in gear and do your job properly!
Canal walk Telkom is the worst! Horrible experience of my life! Continuously giving false information ! NEVER getting any feedback from them, having to wait for almost an entire month to get a phone where all the other networks had the phone I wanted! Telkom sucks and I will never use their pathetic services again. I’m actually disappointed. ??
