It has now been four days since my geyser burst, and my geyser has yet to be replaced.
Four different plumbing companies have been sent out to assess the situation, yet none have been able to replace a 150L geyser. This has been an extremely frustrating and, frankly, bewildering experience.
I am struggling to understand how such a basic replacement task has become such a challenge. Is the procurement manager of the company sourcing plumbers who are not qualified or equipped to handle such tasks?
