POOR SERVICE
Poor service, worse attitude. We pay R1200/month and we get: grass cutting. The contract however lists more services included in the price. In April they were here ONCE: excuses - we don’t work on the public holidays, we don’t work when it rains. Then arrived without prior arrangement on the Saturday and I refused entry. When taking this up with Armand I was told to get other garden services “if their service is so poor”. This is after we spent around R20 000 last year for land scaping with them. AND after I have been a client for 5 years. I was told to email a “formal complaint”. Not holding my breath as Armand is one of the owners and it is a family run business….

Unreliable and poor service
If you are looking for an unreliable garden service, that also comes with poor service - Amandri Garden services is just that. Typical example of taking on more and more, but cannot service all their customers. Their vehicles are shocking and their equipment is no better. They do not keep to an agreed upon arrangement and if you are able to communicate with them, they have every excuse under the sun.

If you are looking for an unreliable garden service, that also comes with poor service - Amandri Garden services is just that. Typical example of taking on more and more, but cannot service all their customers. Their vehicles are shocking and their equipment is no better. Called three times for a quote and no response
I've called Amandri Tuindienste for a quote to do a once off cleanup on my property, they said they'll give me a quote but never did. I called the following day to follow up on the quote they said they'll do and no one went out to give me a quote and they said they will call me that day,. I waited a few days and called AGAIN and they said they will send me a quote. 2 weeks later and I still haven't received a quote. Their client service is honestly terrible and they do not communicate to follow up. I will never use them as they over promise and never deliver.

Unethical and arrogant
They take payment from customers and then dump on the pavement outside the dump sites because they were too cheap to pay the fee for Mooiplaats during the strike. Now that the municipal strike is over they’re still dumping on the street because the staff couldn’t be bothered. The issue has been raised with management and they respond arrogantly. There are numerous posts on FB showing them dumping yet they couldn’t care. I would suggest steering clear of this unethical company
