Very bad since in business with Sizwe. Calls does not get answered. Stay in que for 50 min then jump back to 40 min then jump again to 60 min. How is this possible?. Drs send in correct claim with correct diagnosis claim code and yet it is rejected but members does have funds available in medical aid
