What a horrible experience: Been verbally abused by staff, intimidated and victimized in my own complex, found their staff trespassing and opening my house doors. Management screamed at me ad defamated me infront of the entire Restaurant clientel. Met with management as I refused to pay my bill untill the matter was resolved.

Caught staff belittling and gossiping about clients in Shona, their staff cry to clientelle about their own poor workenvironments etc.

The food is not up to standard as I have complained before, nothing came from it.

I am still being victimized and my request to act on the matter fell on deaf ears. Considering openong a case of defamation and trespassing.

Found one of the staff members eating with their hands, on the bar out of a clients plate - mentioned this to management, no response. The facility os very unwelcoming, blasting music and the staff having parties in the back kitchen leaving the entire facility unsupervised. I am settling my bill today, but not ever again. Thank you.
