I'll never buy from Anat again
We used to love Anat but I'll never order from there again. Firstly the service was slow. When my mom requested for the lamb to be cooked in an area separate to where the chicken was cooked (she is allergic to chicken), the server made it seem like it was such a big task. The food quality is horrible. The fried brinjal was soggy and on top of that, my mom got sick after eating the Shawarma. They need to do something about this store

Terrible service and disappointing food
My husband and I had the worst experience at Anat Emporers palace. The service was terrible. The cashier desk was so unorganized when we got there. After ordering we waited about 20 minutes to start our food order. They had no coleslaw, no cabbage, no cucumber and no tahina sauce. The eggplant was burnt black, not edible. The staff said there was no cucumber and I asked if there was none in the back? When I asked the lady to get more cucumber she rolled her eyes and wiped the snot from her nose on her shirt. Then I continued to wait another 20 minutes for her to cut cucumber. I felt sorry for the many people waiting after me because there was barely any fillings left for them. Just really poor service in general and so unwilling to help or provide the service we pay for at a well known brand like anat. The floors were full of *******. The manager needs to get involved and ensure the staff are cleaning up and keeping the food space hygienic and stocked. Chips were cold and stale. We will not be back.

Stale burger rolls
I was there on the 22nd May 2023 to buy lunch. I got myself a beef burger meal. First of all the food looked delicious, until bit the burger to my surprise it was hard as a rock, and I had to remove it and just ate the beef patty and chips because I was super hungry. After all I was disgusted by such, it was a Monday and they should be selling freshest food ever. And I did tell one of their employees, she then responded very rudely. I was so annoyed but I was rushing somewhere
