20 minutes for just russians & chips, totally unacceptable and stupid at Tsakane Mall Branch
I am writing this complaint in how *********** are your people. I bought a fridge at Menlyn Branch and finished it off at Centurion Mall. I mistakenly paid extra R125 on my instalment and i went to fetch my fridge there myself after too many attempts to collect it and i have made Musa or Muzi aware that i have credit that i needed to get back. Up to date i have waited for them to call me. I know its little money however it belongs to me. I am tired of waiting for that refund its been 3 months already. I am totally disappointed with the service, I got from one of their offices, first I was told my bus will be departing at 18h15 and at 16h30, I received a call saying I should make my way to the station at 17h00 as my bus, it's changed, due unforseen event, and when I got in the bus, my daughter and I didn't have a place to sit 😭 I feel violated, coz my daughter paid a full amount same as adult. What if I wasn't available, what were they going to say🤔
I was there on the 22nd May 2023 to buy lunch. I got myself a beef burger meal. First of all the food looked delicious, until bit the burger to my surprise it was hard as a rock, and I had to remove it and just ate the beef patty and chips because I was super hungry. After all I was disgusted by such, it was a Monday and they should be selling freshest food ever. And I did tell one of their employees, she then responded very rudely. I was so annoyed but I was rushing somewhere
I am one of their biggest customers,on the 18th October 2022,I went to get something to eat,I ordered a Big mac meal and added a Lemon Poppy ****in ,to my surprise I got a hard chocolate ****in instead..I was not happy at all 😭
What a pathetic service received from KFC Tsakane 😢🙆♀️I went there to purchase 3 pieces n pap + Real Deal for my family Zinhle told me that they don't have caslew however they will put chips instead to my surprise they did not put the substitute chips, when I asked about them, she denied any knowledge of that, 1st of all its not my fault, they do not have caslew, secondly she should be taken back to customer service school, to learn how to treat people. 3rd why should they make us pay in full for half Products.

Last month I visited one of their branches in Carnival Mall, I was looking for a sound bar with a subwoofer, I got more that what I budgeted for. At the isle the price was R1200 and it was the last one in stock, when I got to the cashier to pay, I was charged R699.00,i asked the cashier if that was true or not, she responded with a big yes..My day was made, great price and an excellent service received
The staff and management are very good with customers in general, it is a great experience working there.
I am highly recommending this delivery platform for all your essentials,i have been buying shoes from them, they are efficient and attentive...I am very with their services.
