She was supportive, and so determined to help me realize my dream, I really cannot thank her enough. Apple Properties – Above and Beyond!
I’ve worked with a few property agents over the years, but Apple Properties truly stands out. When a tenant moved out and left without making their final payment, I assumed—like most landlords would—that the money was gone for good. But Apple Properties didn’t give up. Months later, they managed to recover that payment, something I’ve never seen other agents even attempt. It was a total surprise and a huge relief! Special thanks to Melanie, who was absolutely incredible throughout the process. She kept me informed, followed up relentlessly, and made sure everything was handled professionally and with care. Selfish! Selfish bunch
Selfish! Selfish bunch. They stick flyers on your gate with masking tape that remove paint or is impossible to remove. They do not care about your property.

Bad conduct Apple estate agency Bela
Apple property agency in Bela Bela is a one man agency. As a client(seller) I was constantly deceived and **** to. My instructions as a seller was constantly ignored and overstepped. I clearly instructed that the buyer is not to make any changes to my property until it was registered. The agent **** about changes that was happening and my calls were constantly ignored. When I informed that I will get a letter from a lawyer to confirm my instructions and it to honoured, the phone was slammed in my ear. I don't want to continue using this agency to conclude my sale but don't know if there is something I can do. Any suggestions?

Sou u 'n eiendom in Centurion wou verkoop of verhuur, kan ek Freda van Wyngaardt ten sterkste aanbeveel. Geen probleem is te groot of te klein nie en word nie onaangeraak gelaat nie. Sy is professioneel, behulpsaam, vriendelik en loop altyd die ekstra myl.
