Apple Properties – Above and Beyond!
I’ve worked with a few property agents over the years, but Apple Properties truly stands out. When a tenant moved out and left without making their final payment, I assumed—like most landlords would—that the money was gone for good. But Apple Properties didn’t give up. Months later, they managed to recover that payment, something I’ve never seen other agents even attempt. It was a total surprise and a huge relief! Special thanks to Melanie, who was absolutely incredible throughout the process. She kept me informed, followed up relentlessly, and made sure everything was handled professionally and with care. Her dedication made all the difference. Beyond that, Apple Properties offers fantastic value. Their fees are reasonable, and their property management is top-notch. Staff are willing to help - just ask them.
My experience was from the Gelmar Centurion store. I had a list of multiple different kitchen components I needed to purchase. Even though all the staff seemed busy and didn't really approach to ask if they need to help, nothing stopped me from just approaching one of them. Lucky was the person who I approached to help me - and I was lucky to have got him ;) He knew exactly where to find all the pieces and even explained some of the parts on how it worked. Thanks Lucky, for making my experience at Gelmar Centurion a quick and happy one.

Excellent Service and Response

Unwanted help
Went to the gym today, finished cardio and started with weights. I was busy with my set, when a trainer just approached and said I'm doing it wrong, and started touching me to show "which muscle I should focus on", without my consent. I didn't ask for any help. Then he tried to show me what other exercises I rather should do. This is where I said no. I already have another trainer's schedule, but didn't feel the need to tell this guy my whole story. Why can't we just gym in a secure and safe area without people approaching you. Does that even exist anymore.

Spectacular online chat bot assistance
I saw a laptop on Computer Mania's website, but the images of the product didn't look like the same product (bezels were thinner in one image). I started the online web chat, and was assisted by Michael. He actually went so far as to open the product for me, send a photo to confirm the bezels. I then asked which branch had in stock, where he pointed out the nearest and also generated a quote for me. What a great service from him!

Secure Selling
I sold my GTX 1070 on IvoryTech. I never had to meet the buyer or talk to him. Which was great because I was a victim of scamming and poor negotiations before. IvoryTech sends a courier to pick-up and deliver my item. And they use PayFast to secure my money. I will surely post my pc tech on there again.
