Lack of consideration for new customers
Went to the Arcade Zone at Forest hill mall for the first time with my son today and was told that they do not have cards available for new customers and haven't had for a while, infact she couldn't even say when they will be available. In her words: not anytime soon. Until the cards are available, new customers will not be able to enjoy the arcade. Very disappointing.

Arcadezone are thieves
Prove that I signed the debit order by my hand! The audacity to deduct money from my personal bank account without my explicit permission! You are thieves, corrupt and playing with embezzlement! I have never made use of your services or been on any of your sites!

Unscrupulous Marketing Companies
I'd like to make people aware of these unscrupulous company. They would call you and make you an offer of a cheaper cellphone contract and they never explain to you clearly that they are not actually a cellphone provider they are an independent company that sells some sort of discount when buying from certain merchants and you will be debited an ammout of R90 monthly. So they lure poor people who are listed on credit bearau and don't qualify for credit, making one believe that they have one's interest at heart and yet they are thieves hiding behind big cellphone service providers. People wake up and turn down any marketing company that offers you cheap cellphone contract or anything of that sort cause the next thing you know you will be havintage unknown debit orders on your account. Over and above this they pass on your information to third parties for further marketing.

Debit order no knowledge and losing cash

Un authorised Debit order
Good Day Arcadezone ,vlt phone and unirewards debit 2 to 3 times a month from our account but we never accept the subscription .That's so unfair we cancelled it but nothing happend!!!this Must End
