Stay away !
Dealing with armadillo is a nightmare Selling of inferior quality goods And I am still waiting for a refund over a month ! No one answers calls No one responds to emails The financial director Farina only avoids calls What a terrible company to deal with ! I highly recommend that if you are looking for a roller door , do not go to these guys !

dodgy product
My Armadillo cover from new started falling apart ,it is difficult to open and close ,I regret fitting it - no reply from the website no.

Non-existent service, Complaints not resolved
7 years down the line my very expensive pool cover has only worked for 5% of the time. Poor service, Complaints get ignored, work gets done halfway, then they disappear for months leaving you stranded with a closed unusable / open pool. Follow-up e-mails get ignored, telephone calls are never returned. Trying to get a functioning product is virtually impossible!!!!!!

Armadillo concepts horror company from hell
This company is absolutely horrendous. They installed my roller door on my pool 4 years ago, ever since then it’s been one issue after another, to get someone to come out and fix it is like pulling teeth. The last time they came they actually connected a car battery and loose wires and to open or close my pool I have to basically spark it, almost like hot wiring a car! I have paid them and am waiting for them to come and fix it but nobody in this company cares!!! It is so frustrating trying to deal with them!!!

Armadillo concepts horror company from hell
This company is absolutely horrendous. They installed my roller door on my pool 4 years ago, ever since then it’s been one issue after another, to get someone to come out and fix it is like pulling teeth. My Armadillo complaint
The waterproof tape was coming off of my roller shutter on the bin load cover on my ford wild track at 11 months, but going overseas I left it until I returned. Armadillo’s comment !! out of warranty !! it’s over a year , 13 months , that was to the ford dealership, to me armadillo never even bothered to reply to my email or photos of the problem I sent them Absolutely disgusted with them Never ever would I purchase Another armadillo product
