No service at all from Armadillo
Absolute useless company to deal with. Once they have your money, it is just empty promisses and no results at all.

Useless as always
Still just as useless as always. Claim after claim is just a terrible experience with these people. Promise after promise and no results. Why pay a premium if you must fight for everything they must pay for. My daughter has been battling for months to get a claim paid out for her baby's blood tests as Compcare rejects the BABY's blood tests by saying the mother's blood test (which she did not claim for) is not covered. They are just useless.

BAD, BAD, BAD FNB bank!!!
Wish I can give them a ZERO star rating. PATHETIC lot!!! Not a chance in hell to get to speak to a person when phoning the call centre. All computerised and no option to speak to a consultant. Tried numerous times, absolutely useless bank. Only 2 options available 1. If you want to continue on the banking app. If not, press option 2 But when you choose 2, "A link has been send to your banking app" which I DO NOT WANT TO DO !!!!!!!! FNB: "How can we help you" means NOTHING

Over charged, under deliver
Pls be aware. I booked and paid EXTRA for seat 17F and this was confirmed on my invoice. When I got on the plane I saw that a cheaper seat 24A was allocated to me. Now I was on the phone trying to get my money back. Was just told it can take up to 21 working days. Just wondering how often this happens.

Bakkie rubberising.
I took a Hilux bakkie to them for Rubberising last Friday morning and was helped by Emile. When I picked it up in the afternoon, the final coat was still wet (just like the ink pad used for finger prints) He said it would be dry within an hour or 2. Three days later (Monday morning) it was still the same and when I phoned him, he told me there was nothing wrong with the product or their workmanship. To cut a long story short, I took it back to them and they eventually found a problem with their equipment used in the process. I just picked it up now and the end result seems to be perfect now.

I wish I can give you a zero star rating. Most pathetic lot that do not know their own product. I wish I never joined them. No customer service at all.
