Waiting for NINE months now for a transfer of an Alexander Forbes managed provident fund to Alexander Forbes RA. Thus NO external parties that can be blamed! NO feedback regarding progress. NO communication apart from several promises "to come back". Will now lodge complaint with ombud.
Two weeks since a request for a procedure was sent to them there is still no response. Phone just rings or a machine tells you they are too busy to take the call. Eventually got hold of the office manager who promised to come back ASAP. Needless to say, it did not happen.
They communicated speed of 60Mbps from 01 April 2025. This never happened. When I contacted them some online adjustment was made and I was running at 60Mbps FOR ONE DAY! For the last week averaging 20Mbps! I think all customers should check their real speed as it is not what is promised
I cancelled my decoder subscription 08 February 2025. Was billed on 01 April R180.00. On enquiry I am told that my STREAMING service was active for less than 12 months (!) therefor a penalty was raised! I NEVER had an active streaming package. They refuse to refund me
What a painfull and drawn out experience to try and get a quote! First apply on line and then you are called and kept on the phone for 30 minutes to confirm everything you just entered on line! And you have to sit and listen to the Ts&Cs being read to you for 10 minutes! Why not mail it?? Not an easy company to do business with!
Used them before and was impressed, but the last move was a nightmare. Inexperienced workers, rough handling of property with resultant damage, and "lost" several items. Will definitely not use again!
Zero will be more accurate! Customer for more than three years. I am moving from one apartment to another in the same complex and was told by an agent three months ago I must just phone the day before to have the line transferred. Did that today to be told I must give a month's notice and reapply! Well, consider this my notice with NO reapplication! Not "Cool" service!
Zero stars will be more appropriate! In December 2024 I gave more than 30 days written notice for termination of service 31 January 2025. Service was never terminated, and I was still billed for January. No number or email to contact them on! only a useless chatbot to communicate with. stay away from them!
Impossible to make contact with. No such thing as customer service, even if you contact them to give a lead on a potential new client. i am cancelling but even on that there is no reply!
Although they make excellent coffee, I am having endless problems to have my last order delivered. They use Fastway couriers, who in more than two weeks was unable to get my delivery to me. I have subsequently cancelled my order but have not received a refund because the same courier must get the order back to them before refund will be done!
