Having a continued problem with a Husqvarna Robotic Automower, took it to their shop and explained the problem, and that the machine has been in and out with them almost 18 months and they are not resolving the issue. After a week called them and technician told me he was done with the machine. I explained that they needed to test the machine on grass to confirm it is working. No feedback, poor excuses, they promise to phone back. When I call: "manager just stepped out, we will call back". Needless to say, no returned call. Call again "my technician is on lunch", "the technician did not tell me that it needs to be tested on grass". Poor service, no accountability, no feedback. Seemingly they think the problem will go away if you ignore the client.........
Pathetic service! Try to transfer out of Easy Equities and is almost impossible! No replies to emails, no feedback, No action! They just ignore you! They are fast to sell you fractional shares, however you can never transfer fractional shares as proper platforms do not accept fractional shares. You have to sell the fractional shares so that they can make money! Impossible to speak to someone as they have no contact numbers and they do not care! Do not use this platform!!!!
Substandard work, lies deceit, incompetence and excuses. My company used FCON Civils to replace the roof and ceilings on an existing property, with some alterations. The workmanship was poor and shoddy, with the owner trying all the excuses in the book. No proper supervision, no standards. Expected me to do an inspection and compile a snag list. Owner repeated **** and then when caught out tried to blame the workforce. Cannot be trusted.
Sent Automower and docking station in for repairs, came back after 5 months with the docking station broken in August 2021. Manager stated they would replace, 6 months later had to phone them to find out when they would repair. Long stories, collected 7 February 2022. Till today no feedback after almost a year later!!!!!!!
Moved a business account to MTN through an on-line application, and requested to have a number ported. During the application I made a single digit error with the number and for 4 months now I cannot get the number corrected. MTN stores will not help me as it was an on-line application. Call centres refer me to the original sales person that assisted me, or reply that they have escalated the problem, whilst being transferred from one department to another. The original sales person just ignores me, or sends blank e-mails. Absolutely nothing being done to assist in resolving the problem, whilst the business suffers.
7 years down the line my very expensive pool cover has only worked for 5% of the time. Poor service, Complaints get ignored, work gets done halfway, then they disappear for months leaving you stranded with a closed unusable / open pool. Follow-up e-mails get ignored, telephone calls are never returned. Trying to get a functioning product is virtually impossible!!!!!!
