Assupol funeral cover ****** me R3500 didn't even help me my uncle in law passed on
Good afternoon,I 2 policies with assupol covered my mother in law and uncle in law ,due to illness I could not pay got into arrears my daughter gave me R3500 to pay my arears and coming premiums ,assupol took the money knowing very well that the police has elapsed why would they take my money knowing that policy is closed I want my money back I've written several emails they ignoring those emails Veronica Chabane 6907080335086 Policy 308 728 8089 Email mashegoveronica87@gmail.com Mobile 0718874497

Hi there Worst Company, they are rogue. I first heard of Asaza in 2020 sometime in August or so they made their appearance on Umhlobo Wenene FM and they sold their policy and I joined thinking since it's from Umhlobo Wenene and the fact I am supporting Black Businesses. There is no communication from them whatsoever and now this month when I paid it says the account is Frozen, they do not answer our phone nor WhatsApp. I will be opening a criminal case and inviting Cutting Edge and your Rea Tsotella and the likes. Corrupt individual who want to loot from us poor people must be arrested

I submitted a claim 3 weeks ago and I have been trying to call them for the past two weeks with no response. from the CEO Mr Ncombese to lady at the office Nela they are all not answering their phones. I need help .

They do not pay their claims they will send you from pillar to post its been 6 weeks now since i made the claim but nothing has happened. What they say on the Radio is false advertising.
