African bank increased my debit order without my authorization I don't know how they manipulate the app and approve themselves without you as an account holder knowing ,I had an agreement with them for R350 to my surprise they took R1450 few minutes after

Can I please have my money in struggling of pains

I'm experiencing difficulty with African bank,we had an agreement of R350 on the 15 they decided to take R1450 and R930 without my authorization,I m on medical disability temporarily bcs of my spine the took the money which my daughter sent for medication and consultantion today ,I didn't go to see the orthospine specialist, Thursday on the 30 April was called by their legal I thought it will be resolved nothing,went to branch Monday was not assisted I'm struggling of pains I just need my money back

Bad *****ulent experience from African bank people must be careful of this bank no proffesionalism they go into your bank debit what ever amount they want especially if you banking with Capitec bank which is also not protective to the money of their clien

I'm experiencing a very bad *****ULENCE service with African bank,they process debit orders without getting mandate from the client they went into my CAPITEC BANK without my mandete took R709 ,R659 this mnth R1545 our agreement was R350 Capitec is also not reliable how do they allow that I phoned African bank several times,I also phoned Capitec call center talked to a lady called Yolanda told me she can't do anything

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SANLAM COOPERATE THEY TREAT CLIENTS LIKE STINKING TRASH 🗑️, SANLAM SEND ME A DUMMY PAYSLIP MENTIONING THAT THEY WILL PAY MY CLAIM INTO MY EMPLOYERS ACC ON THE 23FEBRUARY THEY DIDN'T IM ON ILLNESS DISABILITY NEVER HAD SALARY FOR 3 MONTHS IM A BREADWINNER THEY DON'T CARE THEY **** TO ME TODAY I CALL THIS NUMBER *** A MALE AGENT LITERALLY DROPPED MY CALL AFTER HOLDING FOR 40 MINUTES I CALLED AGAIN HOLD FOR 37 MINUTES THEY SAY ALL AGENTS ARE GONE FOR TRAINING YOU WRITE EMAIL FOR *** THEY RESPOND AFTER 4_5 DAYS MY SON NEEDS TO COLLEGE THEIR TREATMENT IS VERY BAD PEOPLE MUST BE MADE AWARE OF SANLAM IM NOT HOME FOR PLEASURE IM SICK KNOW SANLAM IS ADDING MENTAL SICKNESS MY DON PASSED MATRIC HES HOME I BEGGED ROSEBANK COLLEGE TO KEEP SPACE FOR ME I WILL PAY ON THE 27TH THIS MONTH KNOW THERS STORIES YHEY SEND ME A DUMMY PAYSLIP STATING THEY WILL PAY MONEY INTO MY EMPLOYERS ACC ON THE 23FEBRUARY THEY DIDN'T THE LADY WHO SENT ME HER NAME STARTS WITH R SURNAME M

ASSUPOL FUNERAL COVER to pay my money

Good afternoon,I had two policies with ASSUPOL FUNERAL COVER, covered my mother in law and uncle in law,due to prolonged illness I couldn't not pay my policy well,my uncle in law policy lapsed I didn't know my daughter gave me R3515 to pay arrears and have premiums payed in advance ASSUPOL TOOK MY MONEY KNOWING VERY WELL THAT POLICY HAS ALREADY LAPSED,pls help me get my money R3515 that's very unfair I explained my health and fanacial challenges to them but they still rob me of my money VERONICA CHABANE *** Policy *** Thanks for your help
