I'm experiencing difficulty with African bank,we had an agreement of R350 on the 15 they decided to take R1450 and R930 without my authorization,I m on medical disability temporarily bcs of my spine the took the money which my daughter sent for medication and consultantion today ,I didn't go to see the orthospine specialist, Thursday on the 30 April was called by their legal I thought it will be resolved nothing,went to branch Monday was not assisted I'm struggling of pains I just need my money back
I'm experiencing a very bad *****ULENCE service with African bank,they process debit orders without getting mandate from the client they went into my CAPITEC BANK without my mandete took R709 ,R659 this mnth R1545 our agreement was R350 Capitec is also not reliable how do they allow that I phoned African bank several times,I also phoned Capitec call center talked to a lady called Yolanda told me she can't do anything
I cover my uncle in law Mr Alfred Chabane,so I got sick didn't work for months my policy lapsed without me knowing,I paid R3515 to assupol to cover my arrears and have a positive balance unfortunately it policy has lapsed already, instead of assupol returning the R3515 my money they kept it for what because the policy lapsed already THE PERSON I COVERED WITH THAT POLICY IS THE LATE UNCLE IN LAW MY HUSBAND UNCLE MR ALFRED CHABANE

Travelled with Eagle Liner to Durban on the 19th of March and the Bus was supposed to come at 07:30 but the bus only arrived at 11:40 so I decided to Cancel my return trip with them on the very same day (21/3/22). I was promised that my refund would be sent back within 10-15 days. up to date, it has never been paid. Have been lodging complaints with customer service but no help till today.
