Assupol funeral cover ****** me R3500 didn't even help me my uncle in law passed on

Good afternoon,I 2 policies with assupol covered my mother in law and uncle in law ,due to illness I could not pay got into arrears my daughter gave me R3500 to pay my arears and coming premiums ,assupol took the money knowing very well that the police has elapsed why would they take my money knowing that policy is closed I want my money back I've written several emails they ignoring those emails
